Welcome

The Bolingbrook Jaycees is a not-for-profit organization that teaches leadership training through community service. We have proudly served the Bolingbrook community for over 40 years running events such as Easter Egg Hunt; Annual Jubilee Carnival and Bingo; Market Day (monthly); as well as fundraisers that can benefit a number of organizations including American Cancer Society; Relay for Life; Jeff Anderson Foundation; Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and much more! We not only support large groups but we also do what we can to support individuals and their families. We have given out scholarships, adopted families for the holidays, even stocked the community pantry at a time where families are in need but the support that the holidays bring had not yet arrived.
So where does the leadership training come in? By letting our members take the helm and run the projects closest to their hearts the way they feel the project would make the most impact. With a little training, guidance and support from your fellow Jaycees- you can do anything!

Leadership Training?

Community Service?

                                                                                    Networking?

Whatever you are looking for, we have it for you. We are the Bolingbrook Jaycees.  We have been in the Bolingbrook Community for 45 years.  We have an Easter Egg Hunt every year for the kids.  We run the carnival and bingo tent for Jubilee.  We have a table and an activity for kids at the Village Picnic.  That doesn’t include the money we raise to help families, the American Cancer Society, and much more.

We learn to be leaders through training and running projects to benefit the community.  We serve the ages of 18 to 41.  We provide networking opportunities throughout the state of Illinois and the United States.  In fact, Junior Chamber International is all around the globe.  You can’t beat leadership training and networking  like this.   The cost of all this?  A mere $60 for the first year and $55 for every year afterwards.  You can actually pay on-line if you like.  That is only $5 a month for lifelong friendships and activities that will challenge you as well as help out your community and/or your favorite charity.

I have been a member of the Bolingbrook Jaycees for the last 8 years and am proud to be a member of such an awesome organization. Take a look at our website and feel free to ask me any questions you may have. You can contact me at lfiglewicz@ameritech.net or 630-712-1292.

Yours in Jaycees,

 Lisa Buckley
